As in any fairy tale, this story also begins with the words "Once Upon a Time", Sondheim weaves together classic fairytales of old showing the less idealistic and more likely outcomes of these stories, filled with humour and pathos, Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine’s Brothers Grimm inspired musical, Into the Woods reminds us all to “Be careful what you wish for”.
